1. General Terms
Custom Solutions: As we provide customized digital solutions, including software, websites, and mobile apps tailored to your business, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced or been delivered, unless otherwise specified in our agreement.


Agreement Terms: All projects are governed by a signed contract or agreement that outlines the scope of work, timelines, payment structure, and deliverables. By engaging in a project with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in the contract, which will take precedence over this policy in the event of a dispute.



2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Unfulfilled Deliverables: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., software, website, or app) or services within the specified time frame, and no mutually agreed-upon extension has been granted, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the proportion of the services not delivered.


Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled before significant work has been done (e.g., prior to design or development phase), you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, any work that has already been completed will be subject to payment.


Technical Issues: If the solution we provide fails to function as specified and cannot be fixed or resolved in a reasonable timeframe (after reasonable attempts to correct the issue), we may offer a refund for the portion of the services that were not provided to your satisfaction.



3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Consultation Fees: Any consultation or strategy sessions that are paid for upfront are non-refundable, as they are intended to provide initial advice and business assessments.


Custom Software or App Development: Once development has started or a final product has been delivered, no refund will be offered, as it’s a unique and customized solution tailored to your business.


Website or App Hosting Fees: If we manage your hosting services as part of the project, the hosting fees are non-refundable as they are typically paid to third-party providers.


Domain Registration: Any domain registration fees paid through us or directly by you are non-refundable, as domain registration is handled by external parties.


Maintenance and Support Fees: If maintenance or support services are provided on an ongoing basis under a separate agreement, those fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.



4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

The percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation.


The amount of work already delivered.


Any non-refundable costs (e.g., third-party services, licenses, domains) that have been incurred.


Refunds will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services rendered and will be subject to a review based on the work already performed.

6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the work we have provided and believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
If we are unable to resolve the issue directly, both parties may agree to use a third-party mediator or seek legal counsel to resolve the dispute. Legal fees and costs of dispute resolution will be borne by the requesting party unless otherwise agreed upon.
